We take great pride in the quality of our products and services.

For skincare products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for safety and hygiene reasons. We advise customers to read product descriptions carefully and reach out for recommendations if unsure before ordering.

For spa bookings, once a session is confirmed and payment is made, we do not offer refunds. However, appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Refund Policy

We’re committed to giving you the best — both in skincare and service. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on any opened, used, or personal care items once delivered.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Once reviewed and confirmed, we’ll either resend the correct product or offer a suitable resolution.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
